Super fast and friendly service! This place has excellent seating for larger groups. I get something different from Fassler every time and they never disappoint!

Great vibe on the inside. I'm always up for schnitzel and they have it in abundance. It's in a good section of LIT, good parking and well illuminated area. The schnitzel isn't like Grandma made, but it'll do.

Great energy! Bartenders and servers/host were also great. Go in the evening and enjoy the cooler vibes in the outdoor seating area! Not as loud as inside and some outdoor games available as well. Grapefruit radler was SO good. Would come back for just that! Also had pork schnitzel plate- I don't usually eat Brussels sprouts but the bartender suggested them (it's like a cold salad thing) and I was so glad I got them! Delish! Also not pictured was the bratwurst sampler- get it! Honestly that and the radler was my fave. Would one thousand percent visit again.

A great restaurant with a good beer selection. Bartenders were fantastic, kept a good conversation and had solid recommendations. It's built beer house style with lots of bigger tables and pretty cool vibes. They make everything in house, sausage, schnitzel, all of it. I'll come back for sure and encourage folks to try them out. Make sure to get those duck fat fries!!

The cocktails are fantastic and the duck fat fries are my favorite appetizer in the whole city. The pretzels are great too. I had the blueberry jam cocktail and of a bar crawl of six bars on this night, it was my favorite by far.

To whoever called the health department and made it so this restaurant is no longer allowed to have dogs inside or on the patio, you ruined one of my favorite restaurants to bring my dog to. Most restaurants don't allow dogs- why didn't you just go to one of those and not come this restaurant if it bothers you? Rant aside, this place is great - the food is amazing, they have a huge selections of beers that aren't available at most restaurants and bars I visit. The service is great, though some folks are confused by the fact that you walk up to the bar to order. The large picnic style benches and tables encourage socialization and I've met some folks there because we ended up sharing a table. Also fun playing by baggo on their patio and trivia on Wednesdays.

Very fun environment. Bonus points for being Pet friendly! The chicken sandwich was delicious. The pretzels were not good at all. You can tell they were frozen pretzels heated up and kinda hard and dry. But the beer and food otherwise was great. Would come here again and just skip the pretzels.

The concept of the beer hall was great. Food and beer selection was appealing. Service was lacking with only two bartenders taking orders for beer and food. You could order in the bar or at a window outside. The lines were always long so the service was slow. Instead of waiting in a line to pay with 20 people in front of me, I walk down to Dugan's Irish Pub and returned later to pay!

I came here for dinner with my dog and sat indoors. I love how spacious it is indoors and outdoors; both are pet-friendly! There are plenty of options for drinks and decent options for food. I ordered the sausage sampler option. I picked bratwurst, lamb sausage, and the Beyond brat. The lamb sausage is the only flavor I liked out of the three. The bratwurst was so, so. I was not impressed with it; I took two bites and was done with it. But the lamb sausage, on the other hand, was everything! Flavorful and delicious.
